September 22 Friday
Open to the public from 10:00am to 4:00pm
There are (2) 47-passenger tour buses scheduled to arrive at the Fort at about 11:00am.
D.E.S.C. boats to arrive at noon.
All vehicles must be out of the Encampment area by 9:30a.m. Vehicles can re-enter for setup at 4:30pm and need to out of the encampment area a.s.a.p. No vehicles will be permitted to remain in camp over night. LHR will help transport people back from the parking area.
September 23 Saturday
Open to the public from 10:00am to 4:00pm
D.E.S.C. will be leaving the Encampment about 8:00a.m. to head downriver
Canoeing Club arrives at noon
Setup Saturday morning until 9:30am. All vehicles must be moved out at this time. No driving into camp areas, vehicles must remain on main road.
September 24 Sunday
Open to the public from 10:00am to 3:00pm
Camp break down and vehicles are allowed in after the last wagon has left the encampment area. Use the one way system!!!!

NOTE!!!!
Only emergency and service vehicles will be allowed thru the encampment after Saturday opening.
LHR will support any setup or re-supplying issues thru the center road or by entering the encampment from the end roads using the camp location as a guide.
